4. Products & Authenticity
We specialize in authentic Gucci bags curated for women. Each item is vetted and authenticity-checked by our team and trusted partners. Product images and descriptions are for informational purposes; minor variations in color or texture may occur due to lighting, device displays, or natural variations in materials.
If an item is found to be inauthentic, you are entitled to a full refund upon return, subject to our Returns & Refunds section.
5. Pricing, Taxes & Availability
Prices are listed in US Dollars unless noted otherwise and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors. Sales tax will be applied where required by law. Availability information is provided on the product page; we may limit quantities or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, mispricing, or inventory issues.
6. Orders & Contract Formation
Your submission of an Order constitutes an offer to purchase the Products. We may accept or decline your Order at our discretion. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation email or dispatch the Product. If we cancel after payment, we will issue a prompt refund.
7. Payments & Security
We accept major payment methods as displayed at checkout (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, PayPal). By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected method and authorize us or our payment processors to charge the full amount of your Order, including taxes, shipping, and any other charges.

8. Shipping & Delivery
We process Orders on Business Days. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Shipping fees, if any, are shown at checkout. Certain promotions may offer free shipping when thresholds are met.
We may require signature on delivery for higher-value items. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provided or the carrier, as permitted by applicable law and the shipping method used.
10. Returns & Refunds

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GUCCIBAG WOMEN OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Arbitration; Class Waiver: Any unresolved dispute shall be determined by binding, individual arbitration in New York County, New York, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. YOU AND WE WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, except where such waiver is unenforceable or you opt out by sending written notice within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
Small Claims: Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court instead of arbitration.
