US Shipping Options and Rates
We ship Monday–Friday (excluding US federal holidays). Delivery windows begin after your order ships.
- Orders placed after 2:00 pm ET are processed the next business day.
- Holidays, peak periods, and address verification may extend handling times.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas may require additional transit time and surcharges.
- We do not ship to freight forwarders. PO Boxes ship via USPS only.
International Shipping
We ship to select countries via DHL Express. Availability, rates, and taxes are calculated at checkout.
- Delivery estimate: 3–7 business days after dispatch (customs may add time).
- Duties and taxes: Displayed at checkout when available. Unless labeled DDP, recipients are responsible for any import fees.
- Refused/undeliverable parcels: Shipping charges, duties, and return fees are non-refundable once a parcel is in transit.
Tracking and Delivery
- As soon as your order ships, we email a confirmation with your tracking number.
- Track anytime via the link in your email or your account page (if registered).
- Signature is required for orders $1,000+ and may be required at our discretion based on risk signals.
- If you won’t be home, consider shipping to a secure location or a carrier access point where available.
Shipping Insurance and Claims
Every order ships with insurance until delivery is confirmed.
- Lost in transit: Contact us if there’s no tracking update for 7 days (US) or 10 days (international).
- Delivered but not received: Notify us within 48 hours. We may request a police report for high-value orders.
- Damaged on arrival: Keep all packaging and photograph the box, shipping label, and item. Email us within 48 hours.

Address Guidelines
- We verify all addresses to prevent delays; use a complete street address (no abbreviations where possible).
- PO Boxes: Standard USPS only (no expedited/express to PO Boxes).
- APO/FPO/DPO: Supported via USPS; extended transit times may apply.
- We cannot ship to freight forwarders or hotels due to security and insurance requirements.
