Eligibility

We accept returns for most new, unused handbags and small leather goods purchased on guccibag-women.net. To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition received.

  • All original tags still attached
  • Include branded packaging, dust bag, authentication cards, and accessories
  • No signs of wear, creasing, stains, odors, or alterations

Return window

  • US orders: 30 days from the delivery date
  • International orders: 30 days from the delivery date
  • Holiday period: Orders delivered Nov 15–Dec 31 may be returned until Jan 15

Condition checklist

Please pack returns as you received them to avoid transit damage:

  • Use the original shipping box or a sturdy equivalent
  • Protect hardware with tissue; keep straps stuffed to maintain shape
  • Place dust bag and paperwork inside the bag or internal pocket
  • Seal securely and attach the return label on the exterior

How to start a return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send a prepaid return label (US) or return instructions (international).
  3. Drop off at the specified carrier within the return window.

US returns using our prepaid label incur a $9.95 return shipping fee deducted from the refund. We waive this fee for exchanges or if you choose store credit. You may also use your own insured label at your cost.

Refunds & timelines

  • Inspection: 1–3 business days after the package is delivered to our facility
  • Refunds: 3–10 business days to appear on your original payment method (varies by bank)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error
  • PayPal and Apple/Google Pay are refunded to the same wallet

Exchanges

Prefer a different color or style? We’re happy to help.

  • Contact us to reserve the replacement item
  • Prepaid return label provided; fee waived for exchanges
  • Exchange ships after your original item passes inspection

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or not as described:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and packaging
  • We will provide a no-cost return label and repair/replace or refund

Non-returnable items

  • Final sale items (clearly marked “Final Sale” at checkout)
  • Used, altered, or damaged items not in original condition
  • Personalized/monogrammed products
  • Gift cards

International returns

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping and any customs/duties
  • Ship with a tracked, insured service and mark as “Return Merchandise”
  • Duties and taxes paid are non-refundable; you may claim with your local customs office

Gifts & store credit

  • Gift returns can be issued as store credit to the recipient upon request
  • Store credit does not expire and can be used online at checkout

Additional terms

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions
  • Multiple returns from the same order may be combined
  • Suspected fraudulent or excessive returns may be limited
